First and most importantly, there is no tie in. You are not obligated to join any monthly thing. You get what you want when you want.
Second, I have very weak taste buds and a sensitive stomach. I can’t do natural supplements because the smell alone makes me gag.
This was tough to stomach at first but that’s because I had to play with the water ratio before getting the right taste.
Don’t drink Rise if you’re still going to drink coffee. It made my stomach feel off all day long.
I’m a coffee person. It’s my life line. But not so much any more. My new morning go to is Rise. What a difference! Even with a few cups of coffee I am still very tired my eyes are still very heavy. I have ADHD and it takes me a long time to get my thoughts together and to get functioning.
But not anymore. Rise has made a huge difference in my mornings! I am more alert I am more awake I am more focused.
I even feel a difference with my ADHD. I am able to focus a little bit more throughout my day and I’m able to concentrate a little bit more.
Go has been great for my late afternoon/early evenings. I have an office job and during the afternoons when things get slow I really tend to get very tired and by the time I’m ready to go home I really have a little to no motivation. I am about to turn 44 I am a wife I am a mom I work full-time I take online college classes to become a substance abuse mental health counselor- I do these at night when the kids are in bed and it is all I can do to stay awake to do my schooling.
I did have a very strict and healthy workout regimen up until Covid and I have become very slack and it has thrown me off and it’s been very difficult to get me motivated back into fitness and healthy eating.
This past week and a half there has been a significant difference in my evenings.
I am way more productive I have even taken the time to get myself back on track with my fitness in the late evenings! It feels good to be able to workout again!
I start my next semester next week so I am very anxious to see how well this helps me with my later night studies.
With my ADHD I have anxiety and depression. And I really just don’t sleep at night I either am worried about something or my brain just does not want to turn off and I find myself Wide awake between 1:30 in the morning at 4:00 in the morning just googling things.
Rest has worked so much better than melatonin. It knocks me out and it really does keep me out. There have been a couple of nights where I’ve still been a little restless but I do go back to sleep sooner than what I normally would. I had one fail but that’s because my husband works shift work and when he is on nights I have a hard time sleeping without him. But even with that sleepless night, when I woke up,late of course, I still woke up feeling somewhat refreshed. I was not groggy. My head wasn’t clouded and foggy from being overly tired. My eyes were open. It was on a Saturday and I even had more energy through the day to do things at home than I have had in months.
This is honestly been the best thing for me. I now drink no more coffee in the morning! You can see the difference in my eyes, they’re not as tired. I am fully alert I’m with it I’m focused I am calm it’s really helped with my mood and my emotions. I do take medication for ADHD but honestly this is the absolute best that I have felt in a very long time.
